1 The Foreign Ministers of the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) Participants reiterated their strong unequivocal condemnation of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations committed by whomever, wherever and for whatever purposes.

2 The Ministers of the ARF Participants strongly condemned the heinous and cowardly terrorist attacks perpetrated in recent times all over the world, including against ARF participants, resulting in the loss of innocent lives and countless injuries.

3 The Ministers extended their deep sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims and remain ready to support the efforts of the concerned Governments in bringing the perpetrators to justice.

4 The Ministers reaffirmed their determination to further enhance regional and international cooperation, including under the ARF framework and stand united and committed in making efforts to counter terrorism and violent extremism.
