Japan stands with the people of Ukraine who are facing a national crisis.

Japan will provide a total of USD 300 million including USD 200 million in emergency humanitarian assistance through international organizations and NGOs, in such areas as health and medical care, food assistance and protection of displaced people and USD 100 million in loans to support Ukraine's economy.

In addition, Japan commits to provide relief items for displaced persons through UNHCR, make human contributions in the fields of health and medical care, and receive displaced persons from Ukraine. Japan will continue to implement assistance in solidarity with the Ukrainian people.
